Working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, I focus on tailoring programs to meet their specific needs and goals.

I grew up as a competitive gymnast and developed a love for movement at an early age. Dealing with many injuries over the years, I turned to pilates and yoga to help heal my body.

With a background in resistance training, pilates and yoga I pride myself on keeping my sessions as unique as each individual I work with.

I believe in empowerment. Transformation. Love. Magic and the Divine. Playfullness. Stepping into your fullest potential and living the life you're meant to live. Vulnerability. Stoking your inner fire. I believe in yoga, the Chakras, meditation, creativity and deep soul flowing. I believe that yoga is for everyone.

  • Intro to Mindfullness
  • The word mindfulness has become a catch phrase. And at some point you've most likely heard of a friend practicing mindfulness or someone has suggested that you give it a try.
    Mindfulness gives us the tools we need to develop the art of paying attention. It helps relieve tension and stress. Developing a meditation practice can help you sleep better, stay calm in the face of challenge and come to know yourself in a more intimate way.
     
    This workshop will introduce you to a simple approach to meditation and some tools to keep you on track.
    There will be opportunity to practice meditation during our time together.
